To prepare the Cinnamon Tea,
- Boil a cup of water and leave for a few minutes so that the temperature reduces to about 180F
- Put Two teaspoons of our silver tips with one or two pieces of Cinnamon into a cup
- let it sit for 3 minutes before drinking.
